Application deadlines for Bournemouth University of the Arts: 202 4–2025

According to UCAS, the application deadline for admission to Bournemouth University of the Arts in 2025 is Wednesday 30 June 2025 for undergraduate programmes. UCAS clearing will open in July.

Delayed entry

Bournemouth University may consider applications to defer entry until September 2025, however students should contact their admissions team.

To apply for deferred entry, the applicant will need to fulfill the conditions provided by the university before September 4, 2024.

  • Having completed 10+2 years of study. For undergraduate studies, an average percentage of at least 65% is required. (some courses will require this to be higher)

  • Confirmation of relationship with parents (for persons under 18 years of age)

Application process

Apply through UCAS to attend Bournemouth University of the Arts. Candidates can apply for any of 23 creative arts courses, including entry into the second and third years. Bournemouth Arts University’s UCAS code is A66. Visit the official   UCAS website   and begin the application process.

Step 1: Apply via UCAS.   The University will make a decision about your application based on your completed UCAS form. Make a list of all the qualifications you have and are currently pursuing. You can also tell us about your previous work experience.

Step 2: Keep track of your application:   UCAS Hub allows you to track the status of all your applications. Once they receive your application, they will send you an email with your login details for the online portal.

Step 3: Attend an on-campus interview.   Applicants for some of our courses will be required to attend an on-campus interview. Likewise, some courses will have on-campus auditions and if you are selected to audition you will be given further information about this.

Step 4: Accept your offer and receive your results:   You can be notified via UCAS Track once the university has made a decision. You should receive your results within 10 business days. If there is a delay you will be notified. Even if your offer is deferred, you must complete the requirements of your offer by August 31 to be eligible to accept your position.

Step 5: Receive a confirmation email.   Selected candidates will receive a confirmation letter and a welcome guide to the course. UCAS will also advise you on accommodation options, visa applications and admissions.
